Installation Instructions

When installing GRAMMER driver seats, the installation situation must be checked beforehand, so we can support you with our Sitzprofi guarantee.
When ordering, please send a photo of the type plate so our seat professionals can check the options for your order.

Here are a few more tips that mainly apply to the truck division:

  • All seats with a pre-tensioner belt may only be installed on vehicles that have previously been equipped with or are specified for a seat with an integrated 3-point belt with pre-tensioner.
  • All non-pretensioner seats may only be used on vehicles previously fitted with non-pretensioner seats.

GRAMMER driver seats may only be replaced by authorized specialist personnel and must comply with legal and insurance regulations.

GRAMMER AG and Michalek GmbH assume no liability for the suitability of the seat for installation in certain vehicles. We can only check whether the seat you have ordered fits in your vehicle if you send us the type plate of your seat. Without the type plate we assume no liability for the installation, and we also exclude returns.
